We offer several different work shifts to accommodate your schedule.

Mur-Ci Homes employs approximately 200 people and offers an excellent benefits package to full time employees. If you are interested in one of the positions below, you should apply in person at our Antioch facility (except management positions). You will need to have a valid Tennessee driver's license, a copy of your driving record, and be aware that applicants receive a drug test. We offer a variety of interesting and challenging positions as follows:

Developmental Technicians

These positions report to a House Manager and QMRP and work directly with individuals, assisting in the activities of daily living. These are hourly paid positions with shifts scheduled on a rotating basis for days off. You may also elect to work the two day weekend shift plus one day on a weekday shift to make a total of 40 hours.

1st Shift 7:00AM to 3:30PM
2nd Shift 3:00PM to 11:30PM
3rd Shift 11:00PM to 7:30AM
(Off days alternate per these shifts)

Weekend Shift: Saturday & Sunday
7:00AM to 11:30PM

Environmental Services

Positions in this department may be available for housekeeping or facility maintenance. Most positions work from 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday.

Dietary Services

Openings for cooks may be available. Most cooks work from 7:00AM to 3:30PM Monday through Friday.

Management Positions

Openings for QMRPs, Dietary Technicians, and Department Managers may be available. Please email or FAX your resume (see Contact Us). These positions are salaried and your schedule will be flexible as long as the needs of the agency are met. Salaries are determined by applicant's prior experience and our board approved pay ranges.
