About Mur-Ci Homes

Murci-Homes is a private, non-profit 501(c)(3) residential agency serving individuals with severe/profound disabilities in a cluster of 9 group homes. Founded over 50 years ago in 1960 by the Murfreesboro Road Civitan Club (Mur-Ci), a new modern facility was opened in 1993 in Antioch, Tennessee. Read More

Employment

Mur-Ci Homes employs approximately 200 people and offers an excellent benefits package to full time employees. If you are interested in one of the positions below, you should apply in person at our Antioch facility (except management positions). You will need to have a valid Tennessee driver's license, a copy of your driving record, and be aware that applicants receive a drug test. We offer a variety of interesting and challenging positions.
